What is a DevaCut ?

A DevaCurl signature cutting service is a haircut where the hair is cut dry, curl-by-curl or in curl groupings.  This is done to preserve it’s natural shape and texture.

What is Pintura?

It is an artistic coloring method where highlights are applied specifically to emphasize curls and to beautifully reflect light, replacing conventional foil highlighting.  Pintura creates dimension to capture movement for curly hair!!

How should I come in to get my DevaCut ?

You should come in with your curls in their natural state.  Use little or no product and make sure your hair is tangle free, so the Curl stylist can evaluate Curls and give the best DevaCurl cut as possible.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Your appointments are very important to Planet Curls, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel your appointment or reschedule without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that  appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. When your appointment is booked you will get an automatic email and text confirmation. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply when cancelled or rescheduled on the same day of your scheduled appointment. We will also be asking for a credit card to have on file because of this new policy. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours will be charged $25 per service. A failure to show without notice (“no-show”) will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.

As of this year, 2017, we will no longer be making ANY exceptions to our cancellation policy.

CONFIRMATION CALLS 

As a courtesy, we will call and email to confirm your service the business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

CLIENTS RECEIVE DISCOUNTS WHEN SALON CANCELS 

Planet Curls stands by our policies, and we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients. If in any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will honor 20$ off on your next service. If the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, etc… that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we would gladly reschedule your appointment. The discount will not apply.
